Sunflower Oil

Our Organic Olive Oil is produced in special production lines from Aegean olives grown with traditional methods, without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides, without waiting and without allowing any kind of mixing. It is inspected by the international surveillance organization Ecocert at all stages from gardening, harvesting, up until consumer use. In order to preserve the superior qualities of the oil, it is presented in a dark glass bottle that protects this precious harvest from light.

Hatay-Antakya'da kurulan tesisimiz 1993 yılında tüm üretim süreçleriyle faaliyete geçmiştir. Küçük ve orta ölçekli imalatçılarımızdan ve ayrıca Türkiye'nin diğer bölgelerinden temin edilen sızma zeytinyağı, sıcaklığı 18⁰C'yi (yaklaşık 65°F) aşmayan koşullarda paslanmaz çelik tanklarda depolanmakta, ardından dikkatli fiziksel, kimyasal ve duyusal analizler yapılmaktadır. Bitkisel yağların rafinasyonu teknolojik yeterlilik ve güvenilirlik gerektiren çok kritik bir süreçtir. Doğrudan tüketilemeyen, yüksek asitli ve duyusal kusurlara sahip olan ve “ham veya lambalı zeytinyağı” olarak sınıflandırılan tüm zeytinyağının yenilebilir olabilmesi için rafine edilmesi gerekmektedir. Emir Zeytinyağı, gıda sektöründeki güçlü konumunu kurumsal yönetim yaklaşımına, nitelikli ve özverili iş gücüne, yenilikçiliğe ve sürekli gelişime borçludur.
